1、 Oil leakage from the fuel tank supply switch: The reason is that the graphite and asbestos oil seals at the switch are damaged.
Exclusion: 1. Remove the switch, remove the packing, and use oil resistant rubber sheets to make two circular gaskets with an outer diameter 1mm larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter 1.50mm larger than the handle screw. Clamp the rubber gasket in the middle of the steel gasket, and then cover it together on the handle screw. Tighten the gland device. 2. Wrap graphite and asbestos ropes between the two steel pads and fill them, then tighten the gland device.
2、 Oil leakage from the fuel tank drain tap: The reason is that the steel ball inside the tap is rusted or ineffective.
Exclusion: Replace the steel ball (with a diameter of 15mm, which can be replaced by a steel ball inside a bearing with an inner diameter of 80mm).
3、 Oil leakage from the oil pipe bell mouth: The reason is that the conical surface of the oil pipe bell mouth and the bell mouth seat are not well sealed.
Exclusion: 1. Screw in the end with the horn before screwing in the connector. 2. After grinding the bell mouth joint, apply sealant to the conical surface, then tighten or saw off the bell mouth, and use an expanding tool to re expand one.
4、 Hollow screw joint leaks oil: the reason is 1. The end face and gasket of the oil pipe joint are uneven; 2. The screw holes on the shell are uneven.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: grind the joint and gasket flat. Flatten the hexagonal inner surface of the hollow screw, then tighten it or apply sealant on both sides of the washer.
5、 Oil leakage at the joint surface of the housing: The reason is that the joint surface of the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear housing cover, transmission cover, starter transmission cover, etc. The oil leakage is usually caused by the failure of various fasteners, gasket damage or failure.
Exclusion: 1. Regularly perform tightening work. 2. For parts that are not frequently disassembled, such as paper pads, if the paper pad area is small, a layer of lead oil can be applied on both sides of the paper pad (it should be soaked in diesel before applying oil); If the paper pad has a large area, a layer of lubricating grease can be applied on both sides of the paper pad. 3. For frequently disassembled parts such as valve cover, filter housing, and other joint surfaces, asbestos pads should be used and lead oil should be coated on the pads. When tightening, the bolts at the location should be tightened symmetrically several times. In addition, it should be ensured that the gasket is intact and undamaged, the joint surface of the parts is flat and clean, and all parts are free from misalignment and deformation.
6、 Oil leakage at each control lever shaft: The reason is 1. The sealing washer is damaged. 2. The fit clearance between the shaft and the hole increases.
Exclusion: Suitable oil resistant rubber can be selected as a gasket based on the diameter of the rod shaft, with an inner diameter 1-3 millimeters smaller than the shaft diameter. It can be installed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall and pressed tightly.
7、 Oil leakage from the crankcase: The cause is a damaged paper pad or loose screws.
Exclusion: Remove the crankcase cover, remove the gasket for inspection. If the gasket is intact, it can be wiped clean and coated with a layer of lead oil. After drying, install it; If there is any damage, the gasket should be replaced with a new one. Before installation, the gasket should be soaked in diesel for 20 minutes, then coated with a layer of lead oil, and air dried before installation. The screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly with force.
8、 High pressure oil pipe oil leakage: The reason is that after long-term use, the joint cone surface of the high pressure oil pipe has been worn, resulting in poor sealing.
Exclusion: Place a plastic pipe with a length of 1-2 millimeters and a diameter of approximately 5 millimeters at the fitting point between the conical surface and the conical hole of the high-pressure oil pipe, or place a copper washer with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil pipe and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace the high-pressure oil pipe with a new one.
9、 Gear oil leakage in the gearbox: The reason is that the clearance between the gearbox bearing and the shaft hole is too large; 2. Wear and aging of oil seals.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: If the clearance between the axle holes in the box is too large, it can be repaired using the sleeve insertion method. If oil leakage occurs due to wear and aging of the oil seal, the oil seal should be replaced.
10、 Oil leakage from supporting rollers, supporting rollers, and guide rollers: The reason is 1. The rubber sealing sleeve is worn and aged; 2. The sealing ring is severely worn.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: replace the rubber sealing sleeve in a timely manner. Replace the upper sealing ring. The two rough joint surfaces of the sealing ring must be properly ground and coated with a layer of graphite grease on both sides. After installation, water and dirt must not enter after walking for 24 hours.
11、 Oil leakage at the injection and discharge ports: The reason is that 1. The threads and pitches at the sealing points of the diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic tank, diesel coarse and fine filter, high-pressure oil pump, oil pan, gearbox, etc. are inconsistent. 2. The diesel tank cover does not have sealing rubber.
The elimination method is as follows: keep the screws and pitch at the sealing area consistent, and use fine buckles for all. Install sealing rubber.
