1. Cooling and explosion-proof tires. In summer, when the temperature is high, the rubber of the tires is prone to aging, and in severe cases, a tire blowout may occur. Therefore, during the operation of the tractor, it is necessary to check the tire pressure at any time. If the tire is overheated or the pressure is too high, the vehicle should be parked in a cool place to cool down, but cold water should not be used to splash it, otherwise it may cause a tire explosion during the journey.
2. Reduce temperature and prevent air blockage. In summer, when the temperature is high, the engine is difficult to dissipate heat due to its high rotational speed, which can lead to air blockage during driving, making it difficult to start the engine after stopping for a few minutes. Once an air lock occurs, the driver should immediately stop to cool down and troubleshoot.
3. Always observe the water temperature gauge to prevent water shortage. When driving in hot weather, always check the cooling water volume and pay attention to the water temperature gauge. When water shortage is found, it is necessary to immediately idle and cool down before adding water, and be careful not to open the radiator cap immediately to prevent burns.
4. The oil prevents deterioration. Lubricating oil is prone to thinning due to heat, resulting in poor antioxidant properties, easy deterioration, and even causing faults such as burning tiles and holding shafts. Therefore, summer lubricating oil should be replaced in the crankcase and gearbox, and the quantity and quality of the lubricating oil should be checked regularly, and replaced in a timely manner.
5. Clean the oil stains on the engine surface in a timely manner. If the external oil stain of the engine is too thick, it will affect heat dissipation and lay hidden dangers for various components to malfunction.
