1. Firstly, for external inspection, check whether the accompanying technical documents (including instructions, certificates of conformity, lists, etc.) and accompanying tools and spare parts are complete; Then, check the exterior of the tricycle for any collision deformation, missing parts, damage, etc; Check if there is any oil or water leakage in each sealing part; Whether each connection part is loose; Whether the oil level and quantity of each part are normal; Is the technical status of the steering wheel (or lever), gear lever, clutch, brake pedal, accelerator, front and rear tire pressure, and shock absorber in good condition.
2. Check the starting performance by turning the pressure reducing handle to the pressure reducing position, rotating the crankshaft several times, and observing whether the oil pressure indicator indicates anything; Increase the throttle, continue to rotate the crankshaft, and listen to the sound made by the fuel injector when supplying oil. If the sound is clear and powerful, it indicates that the fuel supply system is in good condition; Then remove the pressure relief, reduce the throttle, continue to rotate the crankshaft, and check the cylinder seal compression. If the rotation is effortless, it indicates that the compression system is in good condition. Through the above inspection, if there are no abnormalities, a test drive can be carried out.
3. Test and start the engine, run it at low speed and low throttle for a few minutes, observe whether the oil pressure, water temperature, and smoke color are normal; Listen for the explosive sound and any other abnormal sounds. Afterwards, suddenly change the throttle position and observe if there are any abnormal phenomena, such as light smoke, soft sound, smooth operation, normal oil pressure and water temperature, and no other noise. You can shift to start. Check the control and transmission mechanism, first press the clutch pedal to the bottom, and it should be able to smoothly engage without any noise; When starting, start slowly from a low gear on the accelerator and listen carefully for any abnormal noises in each part; Then turn left and right, observe whether the steering mechanism is flexible and reliable, whether the tricycle deviates to one side when walking, and whether the front and rear tires sway; Finally, test the brake pedal and observe if the brakes are reliable and suitable.
4. Check the electrical system to ensure that the engine does not stop, check whether the low beam, low beam, and high beam of the left and right turn signals, brake lights, and night running lights are complete, and whether the horn sound is normal. After these inspections, if there are no problems, it can be considered a relatively good agricultural tricycle transport vehicle.
