The exhaust pipe of the tractor is on fire, which is a malfunction of the tractor. What are our solutions based on this malfunction?
The fuel did not fully burn in time, or even reached the combustion peak, and the engine entered the next stroke, expelling the still burning mixture. The reasons and troubleshooting methods for this phenomenon are as follows:
(1) The fuel injection advance angle is too small. The solution is to adjust the advance angle and replace the worn parts.
(2) The solution to gas timing misalignment or gear installation error is to correct it in a timely manner.
(3) Some fuel injectors are blocked, and the outlet valve is occasionally severely worn. The solution is to replace the worn parts.
(4) The exhaust valve is not tightly closed, the valve spring is too weak, the spring is broken, or the valve clearance is too small. The solution is to grind or replace the valve and adjust the valve clearance.
(5) The sealing of the fuel injector needle valve is poor and there is oil dripping. The solution is to replace the needle valve.
(6) Some valve push rods are bent or stuck. The solution is to replace the worn parts.
